If you would like to increase your blog traffic and discover fun blogs, click the button above. Linkreferral.com is a site that I discovered a few weeks ago on Suburban Oblivion. I didn’t want to post about it until I knew if it would actually increase my traffic or not. But my hits were significantly up this week, though that may also have something to do with the fact that I used the word “boobs” in two of my post titles.
Regardless of how much or how little the site has increased my traffic, it has led me to some interesting blogs. Including one that seemed to be all about how much this woman’s ex-husband had jerked her around ten years ago. It was a little too depressing and hostile for me to recommend it, but it was interesting to get out of my mommy blogging comfort zone.
Also, other bloggers on the site can review your site. That’s been a positive experience for me so far, but constructive criticism is nice too.
Give it a shot and let me know what it does for your traffic.

Yes. Linkreferral works. About 20-30 visits a day. Of course I’m always trying to use keywords and all the other stuff. As long as you keep the 30 visits, 5 reviews and 1 forum post, that should keep you in the top 10. As long as you are in the top you should get traffic.

I signed up for it…I’ve got two ratings so far. I like to rate other blogs but so far I’ve found mostly blogs that are trying to sell me something…that doesn’t really intrigue me. I guess I should check my stats though cuz I haven’t done that in ages.

Alex - Thanks for coming by. I am pretty ignorant about keywords, but at the same time I always want more readers. So far I like Linkreferral.
Kathy - I’m glad you’re trying it. I’ve found a lot of sites like that too but there are some good blogs in there as well.

I got a few hits the first day, then nothing after that. I haven’t kept up with visiting and ranking though, that’s probably why. Glad it’s working for you!!
