I could write a long, heartfelt post about Hubby today. I could. Because Hubby, aka “Hot Guy” from Soap Opera Sunday, is pretty fantastic. But we don’t really do Valentine’s Day. So then I thought, if not love, how about lust?
Here are some men I lust after (besides Hot Guy, of course):
Ben Affleck. I don’t care that he can’t act. He can direct, anyway. And look at that face.
Taylor Kitsch. He’s on Friday Night Lights. Watch the damn show already, people.
Ewan MacGregor. And an accent too.
Jason Bateman. I’ve had a crush on him since he was on Silver Spoons.
Brett Favre. What? Like I’d lust after Eli Manning?
Larry Mullen. The drummer for U2. Giving me daydreams since 1984.
And here are some men whose brains I like so much I have crushes on them too:
Kevin Smith - director of Clerks, Chasing Amy and Dogma. And also a fan of Degrassi Junior High.
Jon Stewart. Funny and smart - my two favorite qualities.

Oh, man. Nice post. I love Kevin Smith, but I wouldn’t count him on my “hot” list. However, you and I would brawl over Jason. Especially after Juno. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

i LOVE FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS and yes I want people to watch it !!! i wrote a post begging folks to watch it. i love riggins, to the point where hubby gets annoyed at my drooling.

I love Jon Stewart and I love your choices. For myself, I would also add Zach Braff, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, and Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters (mmmm, dirty rock and roll guitar-playing, song-writin’, musician - yummy.)

We don’t do Valentine’s Day either so it’s nice to see we’re not the only ones.
I agree with Jon Stewart– he is extremely funny and brilliant which is a huge turn-on.
From the 80’s I hearted after Scott Baio (the Charles in Charge version not the crazy “45 and Pregnant” version).
I also used to like Ralph Machio.
Hugh Jackman is a more current crush– loved him as Wolverine and a few of his other films.
Ewan MacGregor is hot as well.

Feener - I think my Hubby would be more bothered if he wasn’t so busy lusting after Lyla to notice my drooling over Riggins. Yay for FNL fans!
Mindi - And Jon is short too, so he’d probably spend a lot of time over-compensating.

Wordvixen - I like McSteamy better than McDreamy, to be honest. You can add Tim as long as he’s in the cute because of brains/talent category!

Jersey- I think Tim’s in there because of that bizarre cheshire cat mouth… I’m fascinated by it. Plus, he has a very unique way of pronouncing things, even for a brit!
And as for Scott Baio… Hubby and I were a little freaked out when watching the new reality show. Aside from the baby paranoia- they’re waaaay too much alike. Scary.

Oddly enough, I tend to like older men so my list is kind of evaporating because my “older” men are now just OLD…or dead. I <3 Heath Ledger and now he’s dead. I <3 Bruce Willis and he’s older than dirt. I also <3 George Clooney…he’s an old-ee but still a good-ee. I <3 Matthew McCaugheghy (spelling???)…he’s friggin’ smokin hot! Hmmm…who else…AH! David Beckem! OMG, how hot is he???? I’m sure there’s more…
